Our client, a leader in financial tax software, is looking to hire a Lean Project Manager. This is a fully remote role.

As a Lean Project Manager, you will be responsible for the planning, execution, and delivery of global system enhancement projects in support of our client's third-party program management goals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously as well as delivering on these projects on time.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate internal teams to achieve project goals
- Develop project plans end-to-end, building roadmaps and driving deliverables on a timeline
- Monitor project progress through metrics, communicating status to stakeholders
- Collaborate across internal teams on multiple system enhancement projects
Desired Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3-5 years of experience in project management
- Working knowledge in Gen AI or Automation
- Experience working in a Lean Six Sigma environment
